Juanita Shaw Appears on Focus on Jackson TV Show!

We were excited to have our own Juanita Shaw appear on the Union University Focus on Jackson show. It's a television show hosted by Union and airs on Jackson Energy Authority's Channel 6. The show we were on was filmed live on the Union campus Thursday, May 1st.
Juanita did a great segment on Southern cooking and featured homemade Strawberry Shortcake. Many thanks to Steve Beverly and the Focus on Jackson team for having Juanita on. She will be appearing monthly on the show! Each week's show also streams live online at noon on www.eplustv6.com
