Posted December 9th, 2009: Juanita Shaw did an excellent job today cooking Gingerbread Cookies on EPlusTV6 here in Jackson, a local cable station operated by the Jackson Energy Authority. She appeared on the "Jackson 24/7 " 30 minute news show produced by Steve Beverly and Union University students and had an interesting and fun segment showing how to make this classic Christmas cookie. Many thanks for having her on the show on a regular basis.
